YPM Barre Pilates
What's YPM Barre Pilates? Join us for Erie's ONLY spot bringing in an intense, FAT BURNING, BODY SCULPTING class. During this 1 hour class, you'll get a full body workout based off of interval work. We will hit all those tough spots to bring the waist in, sculpt your arms, and work to lose the fat and gain the muscle. You'll need a mat and water....be prepared to feel it the next day!
Beginner's yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. This beginner level yoga class will help you develop body awareness, learn the basic postures (asanas) and their modifications, increase flexibility and find focus. The emphasis on proper alignment will help you build strength slowly and safely. Learn yogic breathing and how to link breath with movement. Set to music, this class will invigorate your entire body.
Gentle yoga is an all levels yoga class. It is taught at room temperature and focuses on proper alignment. All of our instructors focus on starting at the basic building blocks and adding options as you progress and grow with your yoga practice. Expect focus on stretching, strengthening, and deepening your breath during this yoga class.

A dynamic flow class which uses breath as the primary link between attentiveness and integration of the body and mind. Power Yoga is an intensified practice that will flow you through strengthening your body during the entire class. The movement in this class is consistent and will be an energizing cardiovascular work out. The calories will burn away as you sweat and move your way through each of the poses. This class focuses on flow, movement and balance and is designed for intermediate to advanced levels.

Mind body yoga utilizes aromatherapy, mindfulness, and yoga postures to find relaxation within the mind and body. Come use all your senses and you move through an hour long class designed to increase flexibility and strength while decreasing stress through all of your senses.

Join us every Friday evening at 5:30pm. A flowing class set in a warm room to boost detoxification and increase strength & flexibility. All levels welcome. It is a great opportunity to come together for yoga at a great price.
