Yoga 1-2

Yoga 1-2 is an all levels yoga class.  It is taught at room temperature and focuses on proper alignment.  All of our instructors focus on starting at the basic building blocks and adding options as you progress and grow with your yoga practice.  Expect focus on stretching, strengthening, and deepening your breath during this yoga class.

Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga is taught at 85-90 degrees.  During this class, the instructor will take you through a flow series of postures.  Remember to bring a towel to this class as sweating is expected!  This is also an all levels class, although the pace is quicker than our Yoga 1-2 class.
