Personal Trainer since 2009 PIYO certified AFAA Group Fitness Pilates, Indoor Spinning Les Mills Body Pump and Body Attack
I have been an athlete all my life and have had several struggles and obstacles along my way due to injuries and surgeries. I feel that through my experience with chronic pain and injuries, it helped build character and even more passion for fitness. I always had a huge interest in health and fitness. I decided to dedicate my career to helping others understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle as well as help with injury prevention and recovery. I also worked as a health educator, educating the community on several health topics. I have taken several training sessions and received specialty certifications in AIDS education, youth fire prevention, diabetes education, etc.
I have worked with clients of all ages and demographics in my years of training. Each client is different in their own way and all have different goals they are looking to achieve. I enjoy the challenge of creating a program for their specific needs. I like to push my clients and give them the motivation, coaching, and driving the need to succeed.
I have unique types of training and have fun while I train myself and clients. I will continue to attend fitness education courses to further my knowledge and give my clients the newest and advanced types of training. I always try to emphasis to my clients to always preserver and never give up on their goals. A positive attitude and motivation will go a long way.
