About Me:

I am in my 30th year of teaching.  Everything from water to land, high impact ot low impact, step to dance to Zumba and everything inbetween.  I also instruct seniors, mommy and me, and have been involved in the C.H.A.M.P.S. program with middle and high school students.  I also teach Kindermusik which is music for newborn to age 7.  


I was a National Trainer and Instructor Coordinator in PA, OH, and NY for the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program.  I have held certifications with AEA, AFAA, IDEA, AAAI, and ACE.  I am also a life long ZIN (Zumba International Network) member.
