Sun Salutation 101
Join Elyssa and learn the ins and outs of Sun Salutations A and B. We will be breaking down each posture to get the MOST out of your yoga practice. Take up NEW knowledge on how to strengthen and stretch your body!

Yoga for Runners Series
Each month Elyssa will address a different yoga practice focused on specific areas to improve your running/walking and help decrease your injuries. Each class will be the first Saturday of the month (2nd Saturday in July) from 11am to 1pm. Join Dr. Lindenberger and learn helpful tools that you can take home with you! Saturdays 11:00am - 1:00pm $20 in advance, $25 at the door March 2: Lower Limb April 6: Core Strength
May 4: Upper Body June 1: Nutritional Support July 13: Focus on Common Injuries August 3: Putting it All Together Join us for one, some, or all of the series!
